The Ukrainian Nuclear Society kindly invites you to participate in the Annual International Scientific Conference “Prospects for the Introduction of Innovations in Nuclear Energy,” scheduled for September 26-27, 2024, in Kyiv at the Great Conference Hall of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The objective of the conference is to attract a wide range of specialists and members of the public to a constructive discussion of the scientific and technical problems related to the functioning and development of the nuclear energy industry in Ukraine and globally.

- Institute for Safety Problems of Nuclear Power Plants of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of Ukraine
- The Council of Young Scientists at the Department of Energy and Energy Technologies of the NAS of Ukraine.
The event is supported by partners: JSC NNEGC Energoatom, Energy Safety Group, Phoenix Contact Ukraine, Atomkompleksprylad, Impulse, and the Ukrainian Optical and Photonic Society.
The plenary session on the first day will feature presentations on the current state of nuclear energy and research in Ukraine and worldwide. A special focus will be on discussing the threats and challenges affecting the reliability and safety of the nuclear industry under war conditions.
The second day will consist of two sectional panels:
- Innovations for the Sustainable Development of the Nuclear Industrial Complex.
- Innovations for Sustainable Development and Improving the Safety of Nuclear Power Plants.
The working languages of the conference are Ukrainian and English. The conference will be conducted in both in-person and online formats.
