    Didier Leonard

    Didier Leonard is a civil engineer. His background is construction and nuclear engineering. Didier has worked for more than 20 years in the nuclear industry, first for Tractebel (Engie group) and then as senior project manager at the Belgian agency for radioactive waste and enriched fissile materials (ONDRAF/NIRAS) in the R&D Department where he was in charge of the geological disposal facility design and cost assessment. Didier is since 2022, the Head of the Radioactive Waste Techno-Economic Assessment and Forecast Department of ONDRAF/NIRAS.
