DESCRIPTION:This technical visit will be part of a 3-day weekend in Vienna, Austria. \nProgram\n\nFriday Sep. 20: travel to Austria by plane in the early morning, transfer by bus to Zwentendorf for a comprehensive exploration of Austria’s first commercial nuclear plant that never entered service, offering a unique insight into the workings of a nuclear power plant and its historical context. \nSaturday Sep. 21: discover the beautiful city of Vienna. Don’t miss our social event in the evening!\nSunday Sep. 22: free time and travel back to Belgium.\n\nPractical Information\n(see attachment)\n\nDate of the technical visit: Friday 20 September 2024\nLocation: Zwentendorf, Austria (approx. 1 hour from Vienna)\nFee: participation of 300€, which includes:\n\nFlight from Brussels airport to Vienna and back\nAccommodation in Vienna (2 nights)\nTransfer to Zwentendorf and back to Vienna with private coach\nSocial event (at least one!)\n\n\nMaximum number of participants: 24\n\n \nTransport\nDeparture from Brussels Airport on Thursday 20th September, at 06:50.Return on Sunday 22nd September, at 18:10.If you would like to handle your own way of transportation, please specify in the “Additional comment” section of the registration form.
