DESCRIPTION:The current context in France is drawing attention of countries within the EU. France is indeed at a turning point for its nuclear industry. The lecture will give a status of general nuclear policy in France including the nuclear ecosystem, from EPR2 to the on-going “Grand Carénage”, passing by spent fuel and waste management, Gen IV and SMR’s.
